The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program is for emerging entrepreneurs from from 49 countries in Europe, including Spain, ages 25-35. The YTILI Fellowship Program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and supported in its implementation by WorldChicago.
Program details:
Five week fully-funded U.S. experience
- Individually tailored fellowship with a U.S. company
- Opening program in Chicago
- Closing program in Washington D.C.
Entrepreneurship curriculum from DePaul University and GEA College, Slovenia.
Reciprocal Exchanges A select group of American participants travel to Europe to work with YTILI Fellows on joint projects relating to work and community.
Timeline:
- February 1, 2023 – March 24, 2023: YTILI 2024 application period
- January – March 2024: U.S. Entrepreneurship curriculum
- April – May 2024: U.S. based fellowship
- June – July 2024: EUR Entrepreneurship curriculum
Fellowship Experience:
- U.S. business networking
- One-on-one mentorship from a U.S. expert in their industry
- New perspectives and understanding in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), U.S. culture, and business growth
- Life-long connections and support through a YTILI alumni network and U.S. State Department Exchange Alumni network
