Market Access Problems?
FAS/Madrid will assist U.S. exporters if and when export problems occur resulting from Spanish and Portuguese Government application of European Commission regulations. If your shipment has been denied entry into Spain or Portugal and your broker/importer cannot resolve the difficulty, please contact us at AgMadrid@usda.gov. We will assist you to clarify and potentially resolve these issues.
