Public Affairs Section Presents to Atresmedia Masters of Communication Students

On July 16, and for the second year in a row, the Information Assistant and Information Office Programs Director from the U.S. Embassy gave a talk on Public Diplomacy to EAE Master of Communication students. They discussed the differences between traditional and public diplomacy and explained how the Embassy’s Public Affairs Section functions. The representatives from the Embassy also offered a “real-world” case study in which the master’s students collaborated to present their own proposals. Finally, Counselor for Public Diplomacy Stewart Tuttle answered questions and explained how different sections of the Embassy communicate with the public.
