Jump Startup Community, an entrepreneurship program between the U.S. Embassy and the organization Talento para el Futuro had its official kickoff. The project seeks to create a large ecosystem of entrepreneurs, private organizations and public institutions to combat youth unemployment. The Jump Startup Community launch included the participation of the High Commissioner of “the Entrepreneurial Nation,” Albert Medrán, and the Acting Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy Christy Agor. During the event, Agor stated, “This project is important for the U.S. Government’s support of entrepreneurs, so they can continue to innovate, take risks and be the engine of the economy. We want to facilitate the connection of Spanish entrepreneurs and the U.S. ecosystem to create new business opportunities.”
