International Seminar on Games and Education

On May 11, at the Madrid Goethe-Institut, an American speaker participated in the International Seminar on Games and Education with a lecture titled “America at Play: Games and Learning”. Experts from Germany, France and Madrid shared their experiences with around 200 attendees. After a lively Q & A session, the seminar closed with two hands-on workshops led by the French and the American speakers. Education is key for the future of society, and this seminar addressed relevant issues, such as learning, games, gamification, maker spaces and all kinds of human interaction in common spaces, to help envision how that future might look.
