Embassy Connects with Educators to Combat Bullying

US Embassy Cultural Attaché Ana Duque-Higgins inaugurated yesterday the “XXII Colloquium on women: Spain – USA, new configurations of bullying,” a meeting organized by the American Space and the International Institute with the support of the Embassy.  Event participants included speakers Michele Ybarra, CEO and Director of Research of the Center for Innovative Public Health Research, and Judith Velasco, forensic psychologist at the University of Córdoba. Over two hours, the experts analyzed bullying and particularly bullying against girls before an audience of educators and also explained ways to combat it.
