Participants

Maria Jorge visited the U.S. Embassy on Monday June 12th to speak about her experience in the 2014 Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellows (BFTF) Summer Institute. The BFTF is a unique and exciting program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and hosted by Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  45 students from over 30 countries have the opportunity to explore American culture and politics while learning about the challenges of civil society.  This year, 16 year old Ignacio Lista Rosales will represent Spain in the BFTF summer institute.
